Preparatory session of the 15th Congress of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee

On the morning of October 14, at the Provincial Conference and Cultural Center, the 15th Congress of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, held a preparatory session with the participation of 358 official delegates, representing nearly 50,000 party members of the entire Provincial Party Committee.

Attending the preparatory session were comrades: Tran Quoc Cuong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mua A Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Tien Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Thanh Do - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

At the preparatory session, the Congress elected the Presidium, the Secretariat, and the Qualification Examination Board for delegates attending the Congress; at the same time, approved the program, internal rules, and working regulations; disseminated and thoroughly understood some contents of the Party's election regulations; divided delegate groups; reported on the synthesis of comments from Party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee on the Documents of the 14th National Party Congress; reported on the synthesis of comments from Party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee and the People participating in the Documents of the 15th Provincial Party Congress; thoroughly understood some contents of the Congress.

With the motto: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 took place in 3 days, from October 14-16, at the Provincial Conference - Cultural Center, Dien Bien Phu ward; the official opening session was on the morning of October 15.

The preparatory session took place in a serious, democratic and responsible atmosphere, creating a solid premise for the overall success of the Congress.
