After a year of implementing the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", the rural appearance and people's lives in Thuan Yen Tay village have developed a lot. Through review, up to now, the residential area has only 7 poor households, accounting for 3.4% and 2 near-poor households, accounting for 0.9%.

During the year, the village has renewed more than 200m of inter-group concrete road. Local people have donated land, structures, and trees to expand and upgrade the Thuan Yen Tay - My Dong road with a total length of more than 3km, of which the Thuan Yen Tay section of more than 1.5km has been completed, creating a spacious appearance in the residential community.

Social security work has received attention. During the year, philanthropists supported the construction of 2 new houses for disadvantaged households with a total value of more than 130 million VND; up to now, 6/7 households have built and repaired houses according to Resolution 13 of the Provincial People's Council...

Speaking at the festival, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Cong Thanh praised the achievements that the cadres and people of our residential area have achieved, and at the same time hoped that the people would continue to promote the tradition of solidarity, help each other develop the economy , and reduce poverty.

Focus on building a cultural life, taking care of education and health care for the people; improve the quality of building cultural families, cultural clans, and cultural villages. Promote democracy, actively participate in building a clean and strong grassroots political system; unite to build self-governing, united, prosperous, and happy residential areas.
