These are new communes established on the basis of merging 14 communes and towns of Chu Se district (old). Participating in the working delegation were representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and leaders of a number of relevant departments and branches.

In the localities, the provincial working delegation listened to reports and inspected the situation of organization and operation of the government apparatus after the (new) communes came into operation. Accordingly, the political system of the above 4 communes was quickly improved, the commune-level government apparatus came into stable and smooth operation.
Commune leaders have proposed many ideas and recommendations related to infrastructure investment, equipment, human resources, information technology and digital transformation to continue to improve and enhance the operational efficiency of the new commune-level government apparatus; hoping to receive long-term investment support in socio -economic fields so that localities can develop faster.
Leaders of departments and branches had many opinions to exchange in order to guide communes to remove difficulties, obstacles and orient development; focusing on implementing digital transformation, agriculture , environment, education, finance, budget, public investment plan, etc.

Speaking at the working sessions, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and sense of responsibility of the political system and the people of the communes in urgently stabilizing the organization after the merger; at the same time, emphasized that the current requirements, tasks and responsibilities of the communes and wards are very large, especially in the coming time when the province will assign specific targets in 2025 and the next period.
Therefore, the political system of communes needs to unite, make efforts, and uphold the sense of responsibility to perform well the assigned tasks. In particular, it is necessary to focus on key tasks such as: quickly conducting reviews, clearly understanding each field to work with departments and branches to build a general plan for the commune as well as build accurate and appropriate indicators.

For departments and branches, it is necessary to urgently organize training courses, improve the expertise and professionalism of the staff and civil servants of communes and wards. In particular, it is necessary to quickly coordinate with localities to resolve and overcome problems related to planning, rural waste, irrigation systems, finance and budget. The Department of Construction and Chu Se commune need to coordinate to completely resolve the problems of Chu Se Water Plant.

Emphasizing that the new Chu Se commune in particular and the communes of the old Chu Se district in general are one of the important driving forces in the province's development strategy, comrade Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang suggested that the new communes need to be proactive in finding sources of revenue and solving tasks within their authority, creating motivation for faster and more sustainable development, gradually improving the quality of people's lives. The province will always accompany localities on the development journey.
