Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen inspected the administration of Nam Da and Krong No communes.

On the afternoon of July 22, a working delegation led by Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen inspected administrative activities in Nam Da and Krong No communes.

Civil servants at the Nam Da Commune Public Administration Service Center reported to the working delegation on the situation of receiving and handling procedures for people.

Nam Da commune was established on the basis of arranging the entire natural area and population size of Buon Choah, Dak Sor and Nam Da communes. These are 3 communes of Krong No district (before the administrative unit arrangement).

Currently, the Nam Da Commune Public Administration Service Center is located at the old headquarters of the Nam Da Commune People's Committee. This office area has been built and used for more than 20 years, so it is degraded and cramped, with inadequate facilities.

However, the center's operations have been quite stable since July 1. The center has been receiving and serving well the administrative procedure needs of local people. Through monitoring, people coming to do administrative procedures are satisfied, there have been no negative comments.

Krong No commune was established on the basis of arranging the entire natural area and population of Tan Thanh commune, Dak Dro commune and Dak Mam town. The public administrative service center of Krong No commune is located at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Krong No district (old).

Compared to Nam Da commune, the Krong No commune public administrative service center is more spacious, well-equipped and has more uniform equipment. After more than 20 days of operation, the center has been serving well the reception and resolution of administrative records of the people.

The working group grasped the situation of receiving and handling procedures at the Krong No Commune Public Administration Service Center.

However, both centers have difficulties in data connection. Some machines, infrastructure equipment and internet connection between the center and the provincial level are not yet synchronized.

Most people do not process their applications online and have to ask civil servants to do it for them. At the two centers, some applications are delayed due to objective factors such as technical infrastructure and data entry.

Some administrative procedures related to land, meritorious people, and social insurance currently do not have specific instructions on procedures or are not synchronized on the system. This also significantly affects the reception and processing of documents of people in the two localities.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen tested data entry on the electronic platform at the Krong No Commune Public Administration Service Center.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Trong Yen and leaders of relevant departments and branches acknowledged the initial difficulties at the two communal administrative centers of Nam Da and Krong No. However, these are common difficulties of many communes in the early stages of operating a two-level local government.

Currently, the Provincial People's Committee has directed relevant departments and branches to proactively remove difficulties in receiving and handling administrative procedures at the commune level. In particular, the province requires the early issuance of missing processes and procedures, especially in areas with problems such as land.

Comrade Le Trong Yen requested the two centers to direct cadres and civil servants to continuously improve the quality and attitude of serving people in performing public duties.

For objective difficulties and problems, the center must explain specifically so that people can understand and share. When new guidelines are issued, the centers must implement them immediately to ensure that qualified files are processed in accordance with regulations.
