Hai Duong Traffic Police Department opens new points to receive applications for issuing and exchanging driving licenses

Application receiving time is on working days and every Saturday.

In order to facilitate people in the process of issuing and exchanging road motor vehicle driving licenses, the Traffic Police Department ( Hai Duong Provincial Police) has added a location to receive documents at the Headquarters of the Road Motor Vehicle Driving License Examination and Exchange Team (Km 57+600, National Highway 5, Hai Phong - Hanoi direction, Ai Quoc Ward, Hai Duong City).

Previously, people could carry out this procedure at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.

Adding more locations to receive documents helps increase the efficiency of administrative procedure settlement and reduce pressure on current reception points.

Application reception at the new location starts from March 22, on weekdays and Saturdays every week.
