Women of the People's Public Security force shine at the Ao Dai Festival celebrating International Women's Day March 8

NDO - On the morning of March 8, at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi, the Traditional Ao Dai Festival of the People's Public Security force took place within the framework of the "Glory of the Vietnamese People's Public Security" Music Gala Program. This is an event to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Traditional Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) organized by the Ministry of Public Security .

This is an event to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Traditional Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) organized by the Ministry of Public Security.

The music Gala program is also an activity to celebrate the 77th anniversary of the People's Public Security studying and implementing the 6 teachings of Uncle Ho (March 11, 1948 - March 11, 2025), towards the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Traditional Day and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025), taking place at the Hoan Kiem Lake walking space on March 8 and 9.

Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security, delivered the opening speech at the festival, emphasizing the important role of women in the People's Public Security force in protecting security, social order, and the country's development.

The program attracted the attention of leaders of the Ministry of Public Security's professional departments, Hanoi city leaders, representatives of the United Nations and embassies.

The Ao Dai Festival brought impressive performances, praising the glorious Party, great Uncle Ho, and honoring the contributions of Vietnamese women in the cause of defending the country.
