Businesses, travel agencies, restaurants and hotels in Phu Quoc special economic zone prepare everything and exchange culinary culture, improving the quality of service to tourists.
Mr. Nikholas Bauer - general manager of the Radisson Blu hotel in Phu Quoc - said that the island is currently bustling with international visitors.
The unit has implemented many plans to approach international tourist markets and organize Indian culinary weeks to exchange culture and serve customers.
"We actively combine domestic and international promotional communications to exploit and expand the Indian customer market. In particular, the unit also focuses on developing human resources through in-depth training and foreign language courses in Hindi and Russian to improve the quality of customer service," said Mr. Bauer.
"Phu Quoc has beautiful natural scenery, culture, cuisine and especially a mild climate, which are plus points to attract Russian tourists. In the winter of 2025 - 2026, the unit will connect flights and is expected to bring many international visitors to the island.

An Giang Province Department of Tourism said that in the first 9 months of 2025, Phu Quoc welcomed more than 1.2 million international visitors, of which nearly 100,000 were Indian visitors.
Mr. Ngo Minh Tri - Vice Chairman of Phu Quoc Special Economic Zone People's Committee - shared that Phu Quoc currently exempts visas for international visitors for more than 30 days.
The locality is promoting the destination and encouraging businesses to have many unique products to serve tourists coming to have fun and relax.
