Phu Tho: Schools in Phu Ninh commune focus on preparing for the new school year

On August 7, Mr. Nguyen Phu Son - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Phu Tho province and the working delegation worked with Phu Ninh commune on education and training work.

Phu Ninh commune was established on the basis of merging Phong Chau town and Phu Ninh, Phu Loc, Phu Nham communes. In the commune, there are 14/14 public schools that have met national standards.

The total number of teachers and staff at all three levels of preschool, primary and secondary school is 581 people. The education and training work always receives close direction and attention from the Department of Education and Training, promptly guiding the implementation of school year tasks and educational activities in the school; Phu Ninh Commune People's Committee pays attention to investing in facilities, ensuring the maintenance of national standard schools according to regulations.

All schools have completed their targets and tasks for the school year as planned, with parents' agreement and active support. Management staff (CBQL) and teachers (GV) have good moral qualities, capacity, and solid professional qualifications; have a sense of self-awareness, a sense of responsibility in work, and are attached to the school and students.

At the meeting, representatives of Phu Ninh commune and schools requested to create favorable conditions in terms of resources and policies for the People's Committee of the commune to invest in repairing and building new school items, ensuring that the school meets national standards according to current regulations. Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Phu Son - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Phu Tho province acknowledged and highly appreciated the attention to education and training work of Phu Ninh commune.

The Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Phu Tho province requested Phu Ninh commune and schools to closely follow the document system and effectively carry out state management of education and training in the area. Focus on preparing for the new school year 2025 - 2026.

Regarding the proposals and recommendations of the commune and schools, the Working Group will receive and advise on solutions to difficulties in human resources at the commune level, difficulties in the lack of teachers and contract teachers in schools... Thereby contributing to improving the quality of education and training in the area, meeting the requirements in the new period.

Previously, the delegation inspected the following schools: Phu Ninh High School, Phong Chau Giay Secondary School, Phu Loc Primary School, and Thanh Lam Kindergarten.
