Lao Cai Ward organizes cultural exchange and summarizes summer activities

Comrade Nguyen Quoc Huy, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Lao Cai Ward Party Committee presented flowers to the art troupes participating in the exchange.

The program is a practical activity to celebrate the success of the 1st Congress of Lao Cai Ward Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030; the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and National Day September 2.

Nearly 200 actors, including union members, veterans, women, farmers, youth and people from residential groups, directly participated in staging and performing 17 songs, dances and music pieces. The pieces praised the Party, Uncle Ho, the traditions of the homeland, love for the country, faith and aspiration to rise up in the integration period. The joyful and vibrant atmosphere contributed to arousing pride, strengthening people's faith in the leadership of the Party, and encouraging the emulation movement in the new term.

Leaders and Youth Union of the ward gave gifts to students in difficult circumstances.

At the closing ceremony, the ward union presented 10 gifts to students in difficult circumstances. In the summer of 2025, the ward union received and handed over more than 15,000 union members and young people to participate in activities at 86 sub-committees, organizing more than 526 activities with rich content, such as: collective games, folk dances, fire prevention and fighting skills, drowning prevention, injury accidents, etc.

In addition, the sub-committees also actively integrate activities to promote reading culture, arousing the spirit of lifelong learning for children through activities related to books, stories and practical experiences.
