This activity aims to handle violations with the aim of re-establishing urban order and discipline, ensuring traffic safety corridors, creating favorable conditions for people and vehicles to circulate. At the same time, it contributes to raising awareness of traffic law compliance and building a civilized lifestyle in the locality.

Functional forces such as: Ward Police, Military Command, Fatherland Front Committee, socio-political organizations and residential groups have closely coordinated, synchronously deployed propaganda, inspection and handling measures; sent notices to more than 400 violators for voluntary compliance. Thanks to that, the work of ensuring traffic order and environmental sanitation has had a clear change.
Through field surveys, many cases of violations of regulations on land, construction, encroachment on sidewalks, roads and traffic safety corridors have been handled, dismantled, and the open space has been restored.
Up to now, the ward has handled and cleared more than 500 violations, of which more than 350 cases voluntarily dismantled and assisted in dismantling the rest, while the authorities had to carry out the demolition. Common violations include building temporary houses on public land, stretching tarpaulins, making roofs, gathering in flea markets, and selling goods on the street, obstructing traffic.
Violations are concentrated at: Road axis of residential groups: My Dien 1, 2, 3; Hoang Mai 3; Ninh Khanh; Nui Hieu; Quang Bieu; Tam Tang; Chua; My Dien service land; Nenh market, the beginning of Yen Ninh residential group road axis (Than Nhan Tin street); along both sides of the expressway; car repair point at Khoa Giang gas station.

Mr. Vu Van Hong, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Nenh Ward, said: "In the coming time, the ward will step up propaganda about the importance of ensuring traffic order, urban order and environmental sanitation. At the same time, the ward police and the grassroots security protection team will maintain patrols, inspections and strictly handle cases of repeated violations."
The ward will establish a record of the site handover between relevant units to clearly define management responsibilities after clearance, and resolutely not allow new violations to arise.

The efforts and drastic solutions of Nenh ward in clearing and handling violations have contributed to improving the urban appearance, restoring clear roads and sidewalks, and ensuring traffic safety.
This is also one of the effective solutions to prevent traffic congestion in Quang Chau Industrial Park and Van Trung Industrial Park, especially during rush hours when workers enter or leave work; creating conditions for workers to go to work on time, businesses to confidently expand investment, thereby joining hands to improve the investment and business environment of the province.
