In his opening speech, Colonel Nguyen Nhu Truc, Deputy Chief of Political Department of Military Region 7, emphasized: “Training legal reporters aims to equip, update information, improve qualifications, skills, expertise, and methods of propagandizing and disseminating the law for reporters and propagandists. This is a very important task to promote and improve the effectiveness of legal dissemination and education , contributing to building safe units with strict discipline. Therefore, comrade reporters need to uphold their sense of responsibility, focus on listening, actively exchange and discuss to grasp the necessary content, skills, and methods, thereby creatively and effectively applying them to the practice of legal dissemination and education at the unit, building a strong and comprehensive agency and unit."

During the one-day conference, delegates were introduced to the following topics: Application of information technology, digital transformation, artificial intelligence in the dissemination and education of law; basic contents of the Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives and Supporting Tools and detailed regulations and implementation instructions; some new points of the Road Law and the Law on Road Traffic Safety and Order and detailed regulations and implementation instructions; basic contents of the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 11 laws related to military and defense work...
