The total area of ​​converted use purpose is 8.47 hectares of protective forest in plot 1, sub-area NTK124, Tam Hoa commune (Nui Thanh).

The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the responsibility of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, Natural Resources and Environment, Nui Thanh District People's Committee and the Project Management Board for investment in construction of traffic works to guide, inspect, develop plans and carry out exploitation and utilization of planted forest wood in the cleared area to construct the project in accordance with the correct location and boundary of the forest with changed use purpose.
