Phu Bai ward leaders present decisions to businesses

According to the Decision, the People's Committee of Phu Bai Ward leased to Gilimex Industrial Park Joint Stock Company an area of ​​more than 3 million square meters of land in subdivisions A and B of Gilimex Industrial Park, with a term of use until March 10, 2071. The land lease is carried out in the form of the State leasing land with annual payment, without auctioning land use rights to serve the project of investing in construction and business of industrial park infrastructure.

Once completed, the Gilimex Industrial Park project will make an important contribution to expanding the industrial development space in the South of Hue city, creating more jobs for workers and increasing local budget revenue.

Mr. Le Van Cuong, Party Secretary, Chairman of Phu Bai Ward People's Council affirmed: The change of land use purpose and leasing land to Gilimex Industrial Park Joint Stock Company to implement the Gilimex Industrial Park infrastructure construction and business investment project is a great effort of the locality; contributing to speeding up the project implementation progress, creating clean land fund for industrial development, attracting investment, promoting local socio-economic development . At the same time, Gilimex Industrial Park Joint Stock Company is required to use land for the right purpose, ensure project progress, fully perform financial obligations and strictly comply with the provisions of law.
