The residential arrangement project in the area of ​​Truong Son Dong Street includes compensation and site clearance with an area of ​​about 5.87 hectares; investment in construction of leveling items with an area of ​​about 753 ^{square meters} ; concrete yard area with an area of ​​about 1,273 ^{square meters} ; construction of fences and drainage ditches; resettlement arrangement for households.

The project will be implemented in Thanh My town in the period of 2023 - 2025 with a total investment of nearly 36 billion VND, from the provincial budget, with the People's Committee of Nam Giang district as the investor.
