Propaganda to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Traditional Day, the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection; the 60th anniversary of the Van Tuong Victory Day associated with welcoming the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 and the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The pre-event phase (from now until August 10, 2025) focuses on propaganda on the press system, television, electronic information portals, electronic information pages, and LED screens.

During the peak period of the event (from August 11, 2025 to September 2, 2025), it is recommended that the Provincial Newspaper and Radio and Television Station launch a peak propaganda campaign by maximizing news and articles about the event. Broadcast live television programs of the Anniversary Ceremony, parades, marches and major radio and television programs from the Voice of Vietnam and Vietnam Television.

Organize visits and present gifts to families who contributed to the Van Tuong battle (in Quang Ngai province). Activities to return to the source, light candles to pay tribute to martyrs, educate revolutionary traditions, educate about the sacred historical values of the Van Tuong Victory event at the Van Tuong Victory Exhibition House.
