Construction site atmosphere welcomes the congress

During these autumn days of September, construction sites and projects in Hai Phong are bustling with the atmosphere of enthusiastic labor competition to welcome the first City Party Congress.

As a key traffic project of the city, the investment project to build Nguyen Trai bridge and beautify the surrounding urban area is being urgently constructed.

These days, the project has added more machinery, technical equipment, and human resources to construction packages to speed up construction progress, practically welcoming the first Congress of the City Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030. The construction unit has accelerated the progress to quickly put the project into use, increasing the efficiency of investment capital and contributing to accelerating the disbursement rate of public investment capital in 2025 of the city.

At the construction site of the Deli Stationery Factory Project with a total investment of nearly 6,500 billion VND, hundreds of workers and engineers are working enthusiastically, accelerating construction every day. Technical officer Pham Van Diep (right), Hop Luc Construction Joint Stock Company said that to celebrate the City Party Congress, the unit is focusing all its efforts to speed up progress. It is expected that factory No. 2 will be handed over to the investor by the end of September, and all 4 factories of the project will be completed by the end of November.

Although not from Hai Phong, Mr. Tran Duy Tung (from Ha Giang - middle) shared that he has high expectations for breakthroughs in infrastructure, economy and society of the city in the new term. Large projects like Deli Factory not only create a new look for the industrial city, but also open up job opportunities for a large number of workers from many localities.

At the Ring Road 2 project, Tan Vu - Hung Dao - Bui Vien section, construction teams are being actively deployed to strive to put the project into operation on April 30 and May 1, 2027 according to the latest direction of Comrade Le Ngoc Chau, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee at the project progress inspection on September 13.

Deputy Director of the Ring Road 2 project management section Tan Vu - Hung Dao - Bui Vien street Vu Van Cuong shared: To create a vibrant competitive atmosphere towards the first City Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, the investor directed the contractors to supplement technical equipment and human resources to organize construction in "3 shifts, 4 teams" with the motto "overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain, not losing to the storm", speeding up the completion of the package, contributing more beautiful "flowers" to send to the Congress.
