Quang Ninh: Female entrepreneur shares about the topic of happiness

On the occasion of International Day of Happiness (March 20), Vice President of the Vietnam Association of Women Entrepreneurs Ha Thu Thanh had a sharing session with female entrepreneurs of Quang Ninh province on the topic of Happiness of female entrepreneurs.

The meeting was organized by the Quang Ninh Province Women Entrepreneurs Association, with the participation of Vice President of the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Association Ha Thu Thanh; representatives of the Quang Ninh Province Women's Union, Business Association, Young Entrepreneurs Association, Startup Investment Club, Quang Ninh Province Global Elegant Ladies Association and more than 100 female entrepreneurs.

Sharing on the topic “Happiness of female entrepreneurs”, Vice President of the Vietnam Association of Women Entrepreneurs Ha Thu Thanh affirmed: Happiness does not come from success. Happiness needs to be viewed from many different perspectives such as physical, mental, social relationships...

Ms. Thanh especially emphasized the connection perspective. Each connection event is an opportunity to access resources (finance, knowledge, friendship), a tool for female entrepreneurs to assert themselves, increase their influence and personal reputation, strengthen cooperation within and outside the province as well as in the international arena to be able to seek more business opportunities to balance work and life.

In addition, female entrepreneurs who take on leadership positions need to know how to listen - share; respect - be grateful. These emotions bring joy, peace and play an important role in creating a happy business, a happy family and a happy female entrepreneur herself.
