The National Assembly enters the 2nd phase of the 7th Session

Continuing the 7th Session, today, June 17, the 15th National Assembly entered the 2nd session (from June 17 to June 28), the main content was about law-making work.

According to the scheduled program, on Monday morning (June 17), the National Assembly considered and voted to approve the adjustment of the Program of the 7th Session. After that, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the investment policy of the North-South Expressway Construction Investment Project in the West, Gia Nghia (Dak Nong) - Chon Thanh ( Binh Phuoc ); discussed in the hall the adjustment of the investment policy of the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development of Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas for the 2021-2030 period.

The 7th session of the 15th National Assembly entered the second phase with the main content on law-making work.

On the same afternoon, the National Assembly listened to the Report on the draft Law on Notarization (amended); the Report on the draft Law on Value Added Tax (amended); the Report on the examination of the draft Law on Value Added Tax (amended) and discussed in groups the above three contents.

On Tuesday (June 18), in the morning, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the draft Law on Trade Unions (amended); in the afternoon, the National Assembly listened to the Report on the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Pharmacy; the Report on the draft Law on Cultural Heritage (amended), then discussed these two draft laws.

On Wednesday (June 19), the National Assembly heard the Report on the draft Law on Geology and Minerals; the Report on the draft Law on Urban and Rural Planning, then discussed in groups. In the afternoon of the same day, the National Assembly heard the Report on the draft Law on Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue; the Report on the draft Law on People's Air Defense and discussed in groups on the two laws.

On Thursday (June 20), in the morning, the National Assembly discussed in the hall about: Hanoi Capital Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050; Project to adjust the overall Hanoi Capital Master Plan to 2045, with a vision to 2065. In the afternoon, the National Assembly voted to pass the Resolution on the establishment of the National Assembly's Thematic Supervision Delegation in 2025; discussed in the hall about the investment policy of the National Target Program on Cultural Development for the period 2025 - 2035.

On Friday (June 21), the National Assembly voted to pass the Law on Archives (amended); discussed in the hall the draft Law on Juvenile Justice. In the afternoon, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the draft Law on Prevention and Combat of Human Trafficking (amended).
