(laichau.gov.vn) This afternoon (September 29), the Provincial Party Committee held the 4th Conference to discuss and approve: Report on the implementation of tasks in the past 9 months, key tasks in the last 3 months of 2025; Establishment of the Provincial Inspectorate Party Committee; Proposing the content of the working regulations of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; Disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. Comrade Le Van Luong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired and delivered the concluding speech at the Conference.

Regarding the Report on the implementation of tasks for the first 9 months and key tasks for the last 3 months of 2025, the Party Executive Committee discussed and agreed: In implementing the tasks for the first 9 months of 2025, in favorable conditions but also with difficulties and challenges, the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee has focused on leading, directing, and implementing quite comprehensively all aspects of work, achieving important results in all fields.

The organizational structure has been consolidated, improved, and operated effectively and efficiently. Party building work has been focused on and implemented. The grassroots party congresses have been successfully led, directed, and organized; the first Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term has been successfully organized.

The leaders of the Provincial People's Committee directed all levels, sectors and localities to comprehensively implement socio -economic development tasks and ensure security and national defense. Some economic and social indicators in the first 9 months had a fairly high increase compared to the same period last year, such as: Local budget revenue increased by 32%; industrial production value increased by 17.5%; total retail sales of goods and service revenue increased by 16.2%; total revenue and number of tourists increased by 19.4%; total import-export turnover increased by 138.9%, the value of local goods participating in export increased by 30.6%. Agricultural production was maintained and basically ensured the season, most of the agricultural production indicators increased compared to the same period last year.

The socio-cultural field continues to receive attention and is effectively implemented. The program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in 2025 (phase I) in the province was completed 2 months earlier than the Government's direction. The organization of the opening ceremony of the new school year 2025-2026 was implemented as planned. Political security and social order and safety were maintained stably. Foreign relations continued to be expanded and deepened. The Provincial People's Committee directed specialized agencies to focus on building and submitting to the People's Council meetings to ensure progress and quality.

In addition to the results achieved, the Conference also discussed, analyzed and clarified the limitations in the implementation of the 9-month tasks. Based on a comprehensive assessment of the results achieved, limitations, shortcomings and causes, the Party Executive Committee agreed with the main groups of tasks stated in the Report at the Conference.
