Hanoi implements the Notary Law 2024

Kinhtedothi - On March 19, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Plan No. 78/KH-UBND on implementing the Notary Law No. 46/2024/QH15 dated November 26, 2024 in Hanoi.

The purpose of the plan is to ensure timely, unified, synchronous implementation and raise awareness of relevant agencies, organizations and individuals in organizing the implementation of the 2024 Notary Law. At the same time, improve the quality and efficiency of operations of notary organizations, state agencies, public service units of the City and relevant individuals and organizations.

The plan clearly defines the responsibilities of agencies, units and localities in implementing the Law on Notarization.

To implement the plan, the City People's Committee assigned the Department of Justice to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches, sectors and People's Committees of districts, towns to implement 9 groups of tasks; assigned the Department of Finance to be responsible for arranging funding and ensuring that activities are carried out economically and effectively. Relevant units proactively carry out assigned tasks and report results to the Department of Justice for synthesis and reporting to the City People's Committee according to regulations.
