
As the venue for solemn activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025), the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), Ba Dinh ward has deployed and completed an electronic tourism handbook called: "Ba Dinh - Memory code, connecting the future".
The handbook provides an overview of the history, culture, people and typical landmarks of Ba Dinh district. In addition, the handbook provides useful information on tourism, cuisine and services, creating favorable conditions for residents and visitors to access information.
The handbook has 2 versions in Vietnamese and English, the information content is accurate, easy to look up, concise, with illustrations. The product is completely digitized, can be easily accessed on electronic devices.

Speaking at the ceremony, Party Secretary and Chairman of Ba Dinh Ward People's Council Pham Quang Thanh affirmed: "Ba Dinh - Memory Code, Connecting the Future" is a vivid demonstration of a new and creative way of doing things, harmoniously combining traditional values and digital technology; at the same time demonstrating the solidarity and joint efforts of the political system and people of the ward in the work of propaganda and promotion of the locality. With a creative spirit, the ward will continue to improve and enhance this project, so that "Ba Dinh - Memory Code, Connecting the Future" becomes a long-term useful information channel.
On this occasion, Ba Dinh ward also established a support team to serve the activities celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.


Within the framework of the festival "Pride of Ba Dinh - 80 years of history", a contest to learn about the history of 80 years of August Revolution and National Day September 2 took place in the form of Golden Bell by students of Nguyen Tri Phuong Primary School. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ba Dinh Ward also deployed activities to attach the logo "Free Restroom" and QR code of the electronic tourist handbook "Ba Dinh - memory code, connecting the future" in the area.
