“Our investment and innovation in medical technology comes from the desire to contribute to improving the country's healthcare, sharing the burden with public healthcare, so that Vietnamese people can receive healthcare with the most modern technology right in their homeland,” Mr. Ngo Chi Dung emphasized.

In the presence of senior leaders of the Party and State, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Xuan Hien, Director of the Center for Diagnostic Imaging and Interventional Radiology, Tam Anh General Hospital, Hanoi, introduced the world's leading modern medical technologies available at the Tam Anh Hospital System.

Associate Professor, Dr. Trieu Trieu Duong, Director of the Department of Surgery, Tam Anh General Hospital, Hanoi, said that specialized surgical robots serving the fields of neurology - cranial nerves, cardiovascular, kidney and urinary tract, bones and joints, spine... as well as new imaging diagnostic technologies, applying artificial intelligence (AI), have brought about outstanding diagnostic and treatment results for patients in recent times.

At the exhibition, Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Le Chuyen, Director of the Center for Urology - Nephrology - Andrology, Tam Anh General Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City, said that the Da Vinci Xi surgical robot currently available at Tam Anh Hospital is the latest generation of robots in Southeast Asia, originating from the US, supporting surgery for more than 120 different diseases. Another AI robot introduced by Tam Anh General Hospital System at the exhibition is the giant Artis Pheno Robot, weighing more than 1,000kg, 2.6 meters high, applying sophisticated artificial intelligence to allow surgeons to simulate and calculate the most optimal options for efficiency and safety. According to Associate Professor Trieu Trieu Duong, this robot supports difficult surgeries such as heart surgery, cardiovascular bypass, stent placement, joint replacement, and vascular intervention with high precision.

In the field of diagnostic imaging, there is also the "super CT scanner" Somatom Force VB30. The machine can produce imaging results with more than 100,000 slices, super thin slice thickness of only 0.4 millimeters, full body scan in just 1-2 seconds, AI application automatically recognizes lesions, helps suggest, diagnose, detect microscopic abnormalities in the body such as tumors, atherosclerotic plaques, blood clots, vascular stenosis, cardiomyopathy, coronary artery disease, congenital heart disease, vascular malformations, stones...

Also at the Outstanding Medical Achievements exhibition on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Vietnam's leading medical ecosystem including Tam Anh General Hospital System - Tam Anh Research Institute (TAMRI) - VNVC Vaccine Center - ECO Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company introduced the outstanding achievements of the ecosystem.
