Trade connection between Central Highlands enterprises and export enterprises is about to take place.

In order to strengthen trade promotion, production linkage, supply-demand connection, promote the image, brand of local industries and products, from June 27 to June 30, in Da Nang City, the Trade Promotion Agency - Ministry of Industry and Trade coordinated with relevant units to organize the program "Connecting trade between suppliers and enterprises in the Central - Central Highlands region with export enterprises and trade promotion organizations".

The program includes two main activities: Conference on trade promotion and import-export development in the Central region taking place on June 28; and display and introduction of typical products of localities in the Central - Central Highlands region (from June 27 to June 30 at the East Bank of Dragon Bridge and the sidewalk opposite the Han River).

In recent times, units of the Ministry of Industry and Trade have effectively cooperated with relevant agencies, organizations and enterprises, expanded both traditional and modern distribution channels, actively consolidated and developed the domestic market to boost exports; diversified export markets through various forms of trade promotion organized regularly and continuously such as: trade connection conferences, online and direct exhibitions, creating many connections between Vietnamese enterprises and foreign importers in key and potential export markets, contributing practically to removing difficulties for enterprises' production and business, promoting export growth, and maintaining economic stability.

The trade promotion conference will provide information on mechanisms and policies to promote import-export development in the region and solutions to help businesses boost direct exports of goods to foreign distribution networks and effectively participate in the global production value chain.

The exhibition area introduces products of 16 localities in the Central Highlands region with the participation of more than 200 suppliers, cooperatives and enterprises. Thereby, creating favorable conditions for enterprises to directly promote their products to domestic consumers and international tourists, approach and grasp consumer tastes, thereby having production and business plans to adapt to market trends.

The exhibition area is expected to attract more than 25,000 domestic and international visitors to visit and trade during the 4 days taking place in Da Nang.

It is known that the program also aims to implement the tasks assigned by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 824/QD-TTg dated July 11, 2023 on the establishment of the Coordination Council for the North Central and Central Coast regions.
