The incident occurred at 6:00 p.m. on September 10, on the road connecting 3/4 Street with Khoi Nghia Bac Son Street in Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat.

According to security cameras, at that time, the split stone embankment of Mr. NTP's family (born in 1964), residing on 3/4 Street, Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat, suddenly collapsed, dragging a large amount of soil down to alley 3B leading to 3/4 Street, Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat. Fortunately, there were no casualties.

Currently, the functional forces of Xuan Huong ward - Da Lat have put up warning ropes and are implementing remedial measures.

According to the Lam Dong Provincial Hydrometeorological Station, from noon to the evening of September 10, some areas recorded heavy rainfall; including Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat. Soil moisture in some areas in Lam Dong was nearly saturated (over 85%) or in a saturated state, causing the risk of landslides and land subsidence on slopes, mountain passes, positive slopes, and traffic roads.
