The Long Xuyen ward police force conducted an inspection and discovered in the pocket of Nguyen Van Sang's pants a nylon bag, inside were 7 transparent nylon bags containing a white crystalline substance suspected to be drugs, and also discovered in the room many exhibits related to drug use.

Sang admitted that he brought these 7 nylon bags containing crystal meth into the rented room for the purpose of use, but was discovered by the ward police when they came to check...

The motorcycle was stolen.

Previously, at around 5:00 p.m. the same day, Long Xuyen Ward Police received a crime report via phone from a resident who caught a motorbike thief in Tan Phu hamlet, Long Xuyen Ward.

After receiving the information, Long Xuyen ward police arrived at the scene and invited all relevant people to the ward police station to work.

Through initial investigation, it was determined that at about 4:40 p.m. on the same day, Le Quang Minh (born in 2005, residing in My Phu hamlet, Long Xuyen ward) drove a Futrue FI motorbike with license plate 67B1-936.81 to Tan Phu hamlet, parked the motorbike on the street but did not lock the steering wheel, the key was still in the ignition, then walked to the front of a resident's house about 6 meters away to talk.

About 5 minutes later, hearing the car drive away, he turned back and saw Tu Van Minh taking the car and running towards the field, so he shouted and borrowed a car to chase after him. When he got close to the Long Xuyen bypass (in group 1, My Phu hamlet, Long Xuyen ward), the surrounding people together blocked the car and caught Minh.
