Increase investment in culture, improve the quality of human resources

The results achieved will become a solid foundation for building a comprehensively developed Thanh Hoa culture and people, towards truth, goodness and beauty.

To create the foundation to build Thanh Hoa into one of the major cultural centers of the region and the country, it is necessary to clearly identify culture as a pillar in the national development strategy.

First of all, it is necessary to continue to improve cultural institutions and policies, encourage creativity and protect the rights of cultural workers. It is necessary to identify budget investment for culture as a long-term development investment. In particular, focus on investing in the system of cultural and sports institutions at the provincial and communal levels to ensure the standards of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Arrange the apparatus and grassroots cultural staff in a streamlined direction, suitable to reality to meet the work of propagating political tasks and developing traditional culture, culture - arts, physical education and sports at the grassroots level. At the same time, the work of training and fostering cultural human resources, especially high-quality human resources with deep expertise, must be associated with the requirements of innovation in thinking and practical capacity. There must be a suitable treatment regime for artisans.

In addition, it is necessary to promote digital transformation in the cultural field to preserve and spread Vietnamese cultural values ​​effectively in the digital age.
