On September 26, Ham Thanh commune, Lam Dong province held the 1st Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front delegates, term 2025 - 2030.

During the past term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ham Thanh commune achieved many practical results, promoting the role of member organizations, the Front's Working Committee and outstanding individuals. At the same time, it promoted humanitarian activities, caring for the poor, protecting the environment, maintaining security and order and traffic safety. Notable results include 10/10 villages meeting cultural standards, with over 95% of households achieving the title of Cultural Family. The "For the Poor" Fund and socialized resources have built and repaired 5 charity houses and given more than 6,000 gifts worth over 2 billion VND. The poverty rate has decreased to 3.67%, health insurance has reached over 93%, malnutrition in children under 5 years old is 10.93%.

Online channels and broadcasting systems are effectively exploited, while coordinating with the press to disseminate advanced models and examples.

Social supervision and criticism work has been strengthened; many rural traffic works have been invested with the active contribution of the people. The above results were achieved thanks to the leadership of the Party Committee, coordination with the government, and the spirit of solidarity and high consensus among the people.

The Congress also seriously reviewed and frankly pointed out the shortcomings and limitations in the organization and operation methods of the Commune Fatherland Front Committee during the past term.

During the 2025-2030 term, the Congress set out 12 specific targets, 6 action programs with key goals, tasks and specific solutions.

Speaking at the Congress, Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong Province Ha Thi Hanh congratulated and commended the achievements of the Fatherland Front of Ham Thanh Commune in the past time. At the same time, she requested to focus on 5 key tasks. That is to consolidate and promote the strength of the great national unity bloc, improve the effectiveness of propaganda and mobilize people to comply with policies, especially in compensation and site clearance for projects in the area. Closely connect with the people, grasp their thoughts and aspirations, promptly reflect and effectively carry out the work of monitoring and social criticism on land, environment, and new rural construction.

With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Consensus - Innovation - Development", the Congress elected 51 members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ham Thanh commune for the 2025 - 2030 term. At the same time, the consultation elected a Standing Committee with 5 members (including 1 Chairman and 4 Vice Chairmen), comrade Dinh Viet Hoang was appointed as Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ham Thanh commune.

The Congress also consulted and elected a delegation to attend the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Dong province, term 2025 - 2030.
