Strengthening training to ensure security and order, protecting the 20th Congress of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On the afternoon of September 8, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police organized a program to report on the results of training to ensure security and order, and protect the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, towards the 14th National Party Congress.

Implementing Plan No. 71/KH-K02-P1 dated February 28, 2025 of the Mobile Police Command; Plan No. 05/KH-CAT-PK02 dated January 9, 2025 of the Provincial Police Director on training the Mobile Police force in 2025 and plans to ensure security and order, protect Party Congresses at all levels, the Mobile Police Department, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police has developed training implementation plans.

Accordingly, 7 advanced training courses were organized, focusing on the following contents: shooting military guns of all kinds; People's Public Security martial arts; training and rehearsing combat plans; combined movement techniques and control of service dogs; training in situations according to professional specialties...

Regarding the training of the Mobile Police Reserve Regiment, 1 training course was organized for 146/787 comrades. Training content includes: combat techniques and tactics; military shooting; firefighting and rescue; People's Police martial arts.

In addition, the teams continue to organize regular training to improve their professional qualifications and skills to meet the unit's combat readiness mission requirements.

In the training and practice of combat plans, immediately after the Provincial Police issued plans and strategies, the Mobile Police Department developed a plan to train and practice combat plans of the Mobile Police force.

In particular, focusing on in-depth training on plans to handle complex security and order situations that may occur during Party Congresses at all levels, leading up to the 20th Provincial Party Congress.

Typical training contents include: skills to handle some situations during the work of the Mobile Police force; plans to disperse crowds causing disturbances and riots; plans to capture terrorists and rescue hostages in high-rise buildings.

According to the assessment, the officers and soldiers participating in the training courses have made great efforts and completed the training program well. The physical fitness and skills of each officer and soldier have been improved; they can basically and proficiently use weapons, vehicles, professional equipment, and support tools; at the same time, they have improved their skills in handling situations during the performance of tasks. The quality of training and practice of officers and soldiers is good, in which many comrades have achieved high results (classified as good, excellent).

After training, officers and soldiers are able to perform well the tasks of ensuring security and order; have strong political will, master the law, professional skills, techniques, and tactics, good health, and are capable of completing assigned tasks well.
