Strengthening the management of independent preschools in Hoa Xuan

DNO - On the afternoon of September 25, the People's Committee of Hoa Xuan ward held a conference to deploy state management work for independent preschools in the 2025-2026 school year.

The whole ward currently has 100 independent preschools with a total of 186 groups and classes of 2,703 children of all ages. Of which, there are 13 groups of 7 children; 36 groups of under 30 children; 18 groups of 30-50 children; and 33 groups of 50-70 children.

Independent preschools are growing rapidly, meeting the needs of parents; the team of teachers and staff basically meets the minimum requirements to carry out the tasks of caring for, nurturing and educating children. However, the rate of small-scale facilities is still high, causing difficulties in synchronous management and quality assurance.

The human resource situation at the facilities is still unstable, many teachers frequently change workplaces, causing difficulties in maintaining professional quality; some teachers have not met the required training standards...

To improve the quality of care, nurturing and education of children at independent preschools, in the coming time, the People's Committee of Hoa Xuan Ward will focus on reviewing all operating facilities, thereby classifying licensed, unlicensed, and temporarily suspended facilities; at the same time, speed up the licensing process for facilities lacking legal documents.

At the same time, the Ward People's Committee continues to strengthen regular and surprise inspections of child care groups and independent preschool classes; promptly detect and handle violations, rectify existing problems in facilities, food hygiene and safety and child-rearing conditions; organize regular training and fostering classes on pedagogical skills, child psychology, nutrition, food hygiene and safety, fire prevention and fighting and first aid for children, etc.
