- On the evening of September 26, at the stage of Hung Vuong Street (Luong Van Tri Ward), the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province organized an art program to welcome the success of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
Attending the program were comrades: Hoang Van Nghiem, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Doan Thi Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Canh Toan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Doan Thu Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee; leaders of departments, branches and sectors of the province, leaders of a number of communes and wards and a large number of cadres, soldiers and people in the area.
Speaking at the program, comrade Duong Xuan Huyen, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee informed: The 18th Provincial Party Congress, which took place from September 24 to 26, was a great success. This is an important political event demonstrating the intelligence, mettle, and development aspirations of the Party Committee, army, and people of all ethnic groups in Lang Son.
With the spirit of solidarity, democracy, discipline, breakthrough and development, the congress set out overall and comprehensive goals: to build Lang Son to develop rapidly and sustainably; to become a province with a fairly developed economy in the Northern midland and mountainous region; to improve the material and spiritual life of the people; to maintain national defense and security; to preserve and promote the national cultural identity; and to make the political system increasingly clean and strong. The congress elected the 18th Provincial Party Executive Committee, consisting of comrades with sufficient qualities, capacity and prestige to meet the requirements of the tasks in the new revolutionary period.
He emphasized: The art program is a meaningful spiritual gift to celebrate the success of the 18th Provincial Party Congress. At the same time, it also fosters love for the homeland, strengthens the belief and aspiration to build Lang Son to become more and more prosperous and civilized.
The art program with the theme "Lang Son forever shines with faith in the Party" includes 3 chapters: Faith in the Party; Uncle Ho's words - Words of the country; Lang Son - Aspiration to reach far.
In particular, chapter I with the theme "Faith in Offering to the Party" includes songs praising the Party and faith in the Party's leadership such as "Oh Vietnam, Spring Has Come", "The Party's Call to the Heart", "The Party Flag".
Chapter II includes songs with sacred and profound melodies praising beloved Uncle Ho such as "Footprints in the Front", "Ho Chi Minh Song", "Listening to the Boat Singing at Night, Missing Uncle Ho"
Chapter III includes performances that clearly demonstrate the spirit of rising up, the desire for innovation, building a rich and beautiful homeland of Lang Son, developing and reaching out with the country such as "Returning to Lang Son with you", "Love of the land", "Huong Hoi of Lang", mashup "You are the young sprout of the Party - Praising the Fatherland", "The country rises up - Vietnam aspires to be strong" ...
With careful and meticulous preparation, the art program has left many deep impressions in the hearts of the audience. This has contributed to creating a vibrant and exciting atmosphere in the entire Party, the entire army and the entire people; arousing the will and determination to strive to successfully implement the goals and targets set out in the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
