Training Project 01 for female cadres and members

(GLO)- On September 16, in Pleiku ward, the Gia Lai Women's Union organized a training course on "Improving the quality of direction and management of all levels of the Union in supporting and developing collective economy, cooperatives (HTX) and management capacity for members of the Management Board of cooperatives owned or managed by women".

The training course was attended by 150 cadres, women's union members and members of cooperatives, cooperative groups and joint groups in 77 communes and wards in the western region of the province. This activity is within the framework of Project 01 on "Supporting cooperatives managed by women, creating jobs for female workers by 2030" in Gia Lai province in 2025.

At the training course, the trainees were introduced by Mr. Huynh Chi Dong Hai - Head of Training and Communication Department of Vietnam Creative Startup Community about the new points of the Law on Cooperatives 2023 and policies on developing collective economy and cooperatives; Instructions on building brands for cooperatives and products; Practice building production and business plans; use AI tools to support marketing, build content and operate business models...

Through the implementation of Project 01, contributing to promoting the development of collective economy, cooperatives have the participation of women in leadership and management roles, increasing employment, income and improving the economic position of female workers, especially in rural areas and ethnic minority areas in the province.
