Training on connecting the iDesk system with the VNPT-iOffice system

On December 23, the People's Committee of Krong Pac district organized a training conference on connecting the iDesk system with the VNPT -iOffice system for businesses in the area.

The training was attended by more than 100 delegates from district departments, offices, and units; People's Committees of communes and towns; organizations and enterprises in Krong Pac district.

Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Krong Pac district Ngo Thi Minh Trinh spoke at the conference.

The core content of the training program includes: general instructions on digital transformation and promoting digital transformation application for organizations and enterprises; how to use the VNPT-iOffice document management and operation software system to connect with the iDesk document management and operation system; digitally signing electronic documents, sending and receiving electronic documents of organizations and enterprises with state management agencies in the district.

It is known that the proposal to establish a connection between the VNPT-iOffice system and the iDesk system between state agencies and organizations and enterprises in Krong Pac district was approved by the Provincial People's Committee on December 15, 2023.

Accordingly, organizations and businesses can send and receive documents with state management agencies of Krong Pac district from the VNPT-iOffice system instead of the traditional forms of sending and receiving directly or by post .
