Training on team work in residential areas

The program aims to impart, provide knowledge and methods of organizing summer activities for team members and children in residential areas in Ha Tinh .

On May 26, the Provincial Youth Union Council - Provincial Youth Activity Center organized a training course on professional skills for more than 100 union and team officials, and officials in charge of children in residential areas.

The training course took place within 1 day with many practical and useful activities. The Central level 1 team working skills trainers directly equipped the leaders in charge of residential areas with skills: organizing small games, big games, cheerleading for children; implementing team models and activities for children in the area; singing and dancing skills, children's folk dancing and propaganda to prevent drowning, injuries and child abuse.

In her closing speech, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union - Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union Council Nguyen Ny Huong asked the Youth Union and Youth Union officials in charge of children to promote creativity and innovation in implementing summer activities in residential areas, meeting psychological and age needs, taking children as the center of activities.

Create healthy and useful playgrounds, maximize cultural institutions for children. Pay attention to children's education models, especially for children in difficult circumstances, lacking family care and management. At the same time, focus on preventing drowning accidents, injuries and child abuse.
