

To quickly overcome the consequences of storm No. 10, the Military Command of Ha Tinh province mobilized 11,315 officers and soldiers to participate, including 3,765 regular soldiers and 7,550 militiamen. The forces were mainly mobilized to schools to promptly repair and clean, helping students return to class soon.

At Tan Vinh Secondary School (Tran Phu Ward), the storm blew off the roofs of many classrooms, and trees fell all over the yard. More than 30 officers and soldiers of Regiment 841 urgently cleaned up the rubble and replanted trees. Major Phan Trong Nghia - Deputy Commander of Regiment 841 shared: "As soon as we received the order from the Provincial Military Command, we mobilized the maximum force, divided into 3 mobile teams to go to the heavily damaged schools. The heavy work will be completed on the afternoon of September 30, and the light work will be handed over to the school to continue, so that the troops can promptly go to support other areas."

In another direction, nearly 50 officers and soldiers of Regiment 841 and border guards are actively working to fix the situation at Loc Ha Kindergarten (Loc Ha commune) such as cleaning up damaged items, trimming fallen trees, and repairing the playground. Principal Tran Thi Thuy was moved: "The storm blew off the roof of the entire row of level 4 houses, and many school supplies were damaged. The soldiers arrived in time to help clean up, repair, and give the children confidence to return to school soon."

At Ky Khang Kindergarten, more than 50 officers and soldiers of the Defense Command of Region 3 - Ky Anh, Ky Khang Border Guard Station and local militia joined hands to clean up the corrugated iron roof, tables, chairs, equipment and clean the school, preparing to welcome students back.
According to initial statistics, storm No. 10 damaged 427 schools, 54 medical facilities and dozens of cultural works in Ha Tinh; many roofs were blown off, causing heavy damage.

Through field inspections, leaders of Military Region 4 and the Provincial Military Command directed units to both overcome the situation in their barracks and coordinate with local forces to support people in repairing houses, schools, and public works; clean up the environment to prevent epidemics; take care of crops, aquatic products, livestock, and poultry; and stabilize production and food for people in storm-affected areas.

Colonel Nguyen Thai Ha - Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command emphasized: "We mobilized more than 11,000 officers and soldiers, 45 mobile vehicles to key areas. In the immediate future, we will focus on prioritizing schools so that students can return to class soon, while continuing to support people to overcome the consequences."
With a spirit of urgency and high responsibility, the military forces in Ha Tinh are working with the government and people to overcome the consequences of storm No. 10, contributing to the early stabilization of life and production and bringing students back to school quickly.
