Training on receiving documents and returning results of administrative procedures

On the afternoon of July 12, the Provincial People's Committee Office held an online conference to train and improve professional skills for more than 1,500 officials and civil servants performing the task of receiving documents and returning results of administrative procedure settlement (TTHC) of the Public Administration Service Center of 56 communes and wards; the focal point for controlling administrative procedures of departments and branches.

Trainees were trained on the following contents: Overview of new points of Decree No. 118/2025/ND-CP dated June 9, 2025 of the Government on implementing administrative procedures under the one-stop-shop and one-stop-shop mechanism at the one-stop-shop Department and the National Public Service Portal. Guidance on skills and direct practice on procedures and operations of receiving, processing records and returning results of administrative procedures on the provincial administrative procedure settlement information system; skills in guiding people and businesses to submit documents online on the National Public Service Portal; administrative communication skills, office culture, and standards of conduct. Exchange and share practical experiences on professional matters to replicate good, creative, and effective practices in the locality; discuss difficulties and obstacles, and propose solutions to overcome them in the process of performing tasks when operating a two-level local government model.
