These are the key protection points of the landslide, Thanh Cuong commune, on the right dike line of Van Uc river; the key points of the embankment landslide, Thanh Lang commune; Cau Tam culvert point, Hong Lac commune (on the same right dike line of Rang river); Ba Nu culvert, An Phuong commune, on the left dike line of Thai Binh river.

Previously, Thanh Ha district had developed 8 plans to protect key weak points of dikes and embankments before the storm season. These are weak points that have existed for many years and are regularly included in key plans to protect and prepare response plans when storms and floods occur.

The district proactively prepares adequate materials, equipment and communication to serve the work of handling incidents caused by natural disasters, speeds up construction progress, and ensures the quality of key projects on natural disaster prevention. Promotes the responsibility of leaders of Party committees and authorities in natural disaster prevention and search and rescue work.
