Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued instructions related to the arrangement and reorganization of public service units in the fields of culture, sports and tourism in the province.

The system of cultural institutions at the commune level continues to be maintained, serving the cultural and sports enjoyment needs of local people.

Accordingly, based on the proposal of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Department of Home Affairs, Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Dau Thanh Tung agreed to maintain the policy of rearranging communal-level public service units in the fields of culture, sports and tourism .

This viewpoint continues to closely follow the orientation in Project No. 100/DA-UBND and Official Dispatch No. 8057/UBND-THDT on reorganizing the local government apparatus, public service units and the plan for arranging cadres, civil servants and public employees in the transition process to a two-level government model.

To effectively implement and ensure compliance with the actual situation in the locality, the Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs and relevant units to continue to carefully study the content of Official Dispatch No. 2706 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
