TPO - Building houses for families in difficult circumstances demonstrates the volunteer role of youth union members, helping households have stable housing, ensuring their lives and settling down.

Last week, hundreds of youth union members in communes of Ky Son district ( Nghe An ) coordinated with local authorities and functional forces to support house construction for disadvantaged households in the area.

In My Ly commune, more than 30 youth union members have coordinated with local organizations to build houses for disadvantaged households. This is an activity within Project 5 and Program 1838, aiming to support poor households in Xang Tren, Xop Tu, Hoa Ly villages (My Ly commune).

Youth union members and functional forces built house frames, roofed, transported materials, contributing to speeding up construction progress, helping households soon have stable housing.

This is not only a practical activity in response to Youth Month but also demonstrates the spirit of vanguard and volunteerism of Ky Son youth in social security work; contributing to the implementation of the district's policy of supporting the poor and meritorious people.

The Keng Du Commune Youth Union (Ky Son District) coordinated with the Keng Du Border Guard Station Youth Union and the Commune Police Youth Union to support stone embankments to prevent house foundations from being eroded in Huoi Phuon 2 village. Stone embankments help protect house foundations, reduce the risk of erosion, and ensure a stable life for people.

In addition to leveling the ground and building houses, the youth union members of Ky Son district also cooperated with the authorities to level and pour concrete to make roads, contributing to improving traffic infrastructure, helping people travel more conveniently.

From leveling the ground to pouring concrete for the road, everything was done by the youth union members, organizations, and local government of Huu Lap commune (Ky Son district).
