Provincial Inspectorate trains in citizen reception and petition handling

The Provincial Inspectorate coordinated with the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee to provide guidance on skills and techniques in receiving citizens, handling complaints, denunciations, petitions, and reflections; and providing guidance on resolving complaints and denunciations.

Convey basic contents on the organization of citizen reception at the Provincial and District Citizen Reception Offices and some experiences in organizing periodic citizen reception by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the District, Town and City People's Committees; some contents on handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections; the process of handling complaints and denunciations and some experiences in advising on resolving complicated and mass complaints and denunciations.

The conference focused on the core contents of the Law on Complaints, the Law on Denunciations and documents guiding their implementation, procedures for receiving citizens, handling petitions, resolving complaints and resolving denunciations issued by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on September 5, 2023; providing guidance, exchanging professional skills, and sharing experiences to help inspectors, cadres and civil servants in the province fully grasp the provisions of the law to apply in the activities of receiving citizens, handling petitions, resolving complaints and denunciations...
