Demolition of construction works on 4 plots of land in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park

The early demolition is to have a clean site to start construction of works according to the Project to Convert the Function of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park.

During the day, the center dismantled the fences and outbuildings on 3 plots of land, with a total area of nearly 70,000 ^square meters. At the same time, there was a plot of land with an area of more than 5,000 ^square meters on plot number 23, map sheet number 35, Tran Bien ward, which Clipsal Vietnam Co., Ltd. had previously dismantled.

Thus, up to now, 4/7 plots of land, with an area of nearly 75 thousand square meters ^, have been demolished. It is expected that by the end of this week, the demolition of construction works on the plot of land, with an area of nearly 120 thousand square meters ^, will be completed and handed over to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center for management.

Up to now, Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park has nearly 46 hectares of clean land. The target set by the Provincial People's Committee is to complete the site clearance of more than 150 hectares in the priority area by the end of July.

Working with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward and departments and branches on July 7, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha emphasized the need to urgently complete the site clearance work for priority land. Some solutions that the provincial leaders noted were to strengthen propaganda and mobilize households and businesses to agree to relocate the site early; the Provincial Land Fund Development Center dismantled assets on land plots that the province had assigned to the management unit; recovered land plots used for the wrong purpose, land plots directly leased by the province.
