Kinhtedothi – On November 28, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 6162/QD-UBND on ranking historical-cultural relics and scenic spots in Hanoi.
According to the Decision, 7 relics were ranked as city-level relics, including: Truong Do family temple historical and cultural relic, Tao Duong Van commune, Ung Hoa district; Ky Vien pagoda historical and artistic relic (Ky Vien Tu), Duc Giang commune, Hoai Duc district; Tren communal house historical and cultural relic - Yen Son pagoda, Dong Lac commune, Chuong My district; Cong Ha communal house historical and artistic relic, Thanh Loi communal house, Hong Son commune and Bach Tuyet communal house historical and cultural relic, Hung Tien commune, My Duc district; Ha Hiep restaurant historical and artistic relic, Lien Hiep commune, Phuc Tho district.
The City People's Committee assigned the People's Committees of the districts: Ung Hoa, Hoai Duc, Chuong My, My Duc, Phuc Tho to be responsible for publicizing the protected area of the relic and organizing the preparation of boundary marker planting records and implementing boundary marker planting in the field according to authority and current legal regulations.
The People's Committees of communes with ranked relics shall issue decisions to establish relic management boards; organize the management of relic sites and spaces, all artifacts belonging to the relics, activities to protect and promote the value of the relics, and use the revenue of the relics according to the provisions of Decision No. 48/2016/QD-UBND dated November 17, 2016 and Decision No. 31/2021/QD-UBND dated December 29, 2021 of the Hanoi People's Committee on promulgating regulations, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the regulations on management, protection and promotion of the value of historical - cultural relics and scenic spots in Hanoi.
All activities related to construction and exploitation in the classified relic area and the protected areas are strictly prohibited. In special cases, land use and construction at the relic must be permitted by the Hanoi People's Committee.
The Department of Culture & Sports , People's Committees of Ung Hoa, Hoai Duc, Chuong My, My Duc, Phuc Tho districts and People's Committees of communes where there are ranked relics, within the scope of their tasks and powers, shall carry out state management of relics according to their authority and regulations of the law on cultural heritage.
