Ranking of city-level historical and cultural relics in 3 communes

According to the decision, the following relics are ranked as city-level relics: Tan Do temple, Noi temple, Thuong temple and Thuong pagoda (Linh Nhac pagoda), Hong Son commune (formerly Xuy Xa commune, My Duc district); Phu La temple (Ba Do pagoda) and Ha Quat pagoda (Pha Coc pagoda) historical and cultural relics, Hong Son commune (formerly Hop Tien commune, My Duc district); Ha communal house historical and cultural relic, Te Tieu village, My Duc commune (formerly Dai Nghia town, My Duc district); Dong Van communal house historical and cultural relic, My Duc commune (formerly An Phu commune, My Duc district); Hien Luong communal house historical and cultural relic, Huong Son commune (formerly An Tien commune, My Duc district).

The relic protection area is determined according to the minutes and maps of the protected areas of the relics in the scientific dossier proposing the relic ranking. After the relic is ranked, the People's Committees of Hong Son, My Duc and Huong Son communes are responsible for publicizing the protected area of the relic and organizing the establishment of boundary marker records and implementing boundary marker planting in the field according to their authority and current legal regulations; issuing a decision to establish the Relic Management Board; Organize the management of the site and space of the relic, all artifacts belonging to the relic, activities to protect and promote the value of the relic, use the revenue of the relic according to the provisions of Decision No. 48/2016/QD-UBND dated November 17, 2016 and Decision No. 31/2021/QD-UBND dated December 29, 2021 of the Hanoi People's Committee on promulgating regulations, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the regulations on management, protection and promotion of the value of historical - cultural relics and scenic spots in Hanoi.

The City People's Committee strictly prohibits all activities related to construction and exploitation in the classified relic area and demarcated protection areas. In special cases, land use and construction at relics must be permitted by the City People's Committee.
