Accordingly, 4 high schools including Phuc Loi, Minh Quang, Phuc Thinh, and Do Muoi have recruited 1,132 additional candidates.
Of the four schools that admitted “overwhelming wishes”, meaning students across the city failed all their wishes and had admission scores that met the requirements, only Minh Quang High School was able to enroll half of its quota. The remaining three high schools admitted more than their expected quota.
Specifically, Phuc Loi High School recruited 112 additional candidates for grade 10 next school year (exceeding the target of 9). Of which, the candidate with the lowest admission score of 3 subjects was 17.75 (average 5.8 points/subject), the highest was 23.5 points (average 7.83 points/subject). However, only 1 candidate achieved a score of 23.5 and 6 candidates achieved a score above 22; nearly 30 candidates with a score above 20 were admitted to this school. The rest, most of the students were admitted with a score of 18-20 points.

Minh Quang High School was only able to recruit 32 additional students, while previously it was short 63 students.
This is a school with the lowest 10th grade entrance score in the city, so the number of additional admitted candidates is also low.
Specifically, the candidate with the highest score passed the additional admission to the school with 15.25 points, the candidate with the lowest score was 12.25 points.
Notably, this school year, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training allows two newly established public high schools to enroll students citywide for grade 10.
Of which, Phuc Thinh High School recruited 504 students, exceeding the previously announced 54 students. Among them, the candidate with the lowest score was 14.75 (average of 4.92 points per subject). It is worth mentioning that there were 52 students with the same admission score.
The candidate admitted to grade 10 of Phuc Thinh High School had the highest admission score of 23.5 points (average of 7.83 points per subject). However, there was only 1 candidate with this score; 9 candidates with a score of 20 or higher; 35 candidates with a score of 18 (average of 6 points per subject) or higher....
Do Muoi High School has 484 candidates admitted to grade 10, of which the student with the lowest score is 16.5 and there are 28 candidates with the same low score. This school also has the highest admission score of 23.5.
It is worth mentioning that the number of candidates with an admission score of over 20 to the school is large, with nearly 130 students, showing that the school's input quality is the best among the 4 schools that are "overflowing" with applications this time.
According to the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, admitted students must submit their admission applications to the school from 8:00 a.m. on July 28 to 5:00 p.m. on July 30, during office hours.
Place to submit admission application for Phuc Loi High School in Group 4, Phuc Loi Ward, Hanoi; Minh Quang High School in Lat Village, Ba Vi Commune, Hanoi.
Phuc Thinh High School, students submit application at Dong Anh High School, Group 9, Thu Lam Commune, Hanoi and Do Muoi High School, students submit application at Van Dien Town Middle School, Tu Hiep New Urban Area, Yen So Ward, Hanoi.
