High School Graduation Exam 2025: Ho Chi Minh City lecturers leave for special missions

(NLDO) - Hundreds of lecturers and staff from universities in Ho Chi Minh City set off to perform their duties at an educational event of special significance: High School Graduation in 2025

This morning, two buses carrying officers and lecturers from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law went to inspect the high school graduation exam in Long An province. The tasks of the delegation include: Inspecting the direction of the exam; organizing the exam; inspecting and checking the 2025 high school graduation exam.

The working group promptly reviewed all the minutes before handing them over to the assigned officers and lecturers.

The school leaders said that immediately after receiving the assignment from the Ministry of Education and Training, the school selected officials to participate in the exam; the requirements for being selected by the school are that they must have good political qualities, good ethics, honesty, fairness, and objectivity. Priority is given to officials and civil servants who have experience participating in the inspection team in previous years.

"In particular, the officers do not have relatives attending the exam at the exam council or participating in organizing the exam in Long An province" - the school representative stated.

Regarding logistics, the school has arranged 2 29-seat vehicles to transport the delegation members stationed at the examination sites, and 1 16-seat vehicle to transport the mobile delegation. Each officer participating in the task is equipped with a set of documents including: Decision to send on a business trip and a plan with signature and seal; minutes for inspection; diary of inspection teams; regulations of the inspection team and a personal medicine bag ( medical supplies).

School staff and lecturers depart for Long An province

The delegation of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law checked the documents they brought before departure.

Similarly, the Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City, with about 50 officers, lecturers and civil servants assigned to carry out the task, also departed for Ninh Thuan province this morning.

Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Duc Trung, Principal of Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City, said that the school's leaders were present at 6 a.m. to see off the working delegation, sending their best wishes and hoping that everyone would complete their tasks well.

Before that, all members of the delegation were thoroughly trained on exam regulations, exam inspection procedures, situation handling and coordination with local units.

Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking is on its way to Ninh Thuan province to carry out the task of testing the 2025 national high school graduation exam.

“The national high school graduation exam is an educational event of special importance, not only for students but also for the whole society. Ensuring seriousness, fairness, and compliance with regulations throughout the exam organization process is a great responsibility that we have been entrusted with. Absolutely do not allow mistakes to occur, at the same time maintain and spread the standard image of school staff and lecturers” - Associate Professor Trung emphasized.

With bright yellow color and excited spirit, the delegation of University of Finance and Marketing is also determined to complete the assigned tasks in this important exam.

This year, the University of Finance and Marketing is the leader of the working group in Hau Giang province. The working group includes 49 officers and lecturers from the University of Finance and Marketing, the Western University of Construction and Tay Do University. It is known that Hau Giang province has 20 testing sites according to the 2018 General Education Program and 1 testing site according to the 2006 General Education Program.

The 2025 High School Graduation Exam will take place on June 26 and 27 with 1,165,289 candidates nationwide registering to take part, an increase of 93,894 compared to last year. The exam will be held at 2,493 locations with more than 50,000 exam rooms. It is expected that about 200,000 personnel will be mobilized to participate in the exam organization.
