The 1st Gia Lai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, was honored to welcome comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission - to attend and deliver an important, comprehensive and profound speech directing the Congress.

This is a great source of encouragement, demonstrating the special attention of the Party, the State and comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia personally for the development of Gia Lai province in the new period.

On behalf of the Politburo and the Central Party Secretariat, he acknowledged and commended the outstanding achievements and results in all fields of the two localities before the merger and of Gia Lai province after the merger in the past term; oriented many important contents for the Provincial Party Committee to focus on leadership and direction, helping Gia Lai province continue to break through and rise up, joining the new era of the nation.

The Congress and the Executive Committee of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee, Term I, would like to seriously grasp and absorb the entire content of the profound and comprehensive guidance speech of Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia to complete the draft documents of the Congress; develop programs and plans to concretize the comrade's guidance in the process of implementing the Resolution of the Congress, focusing on the advantages and orientations.

In the immediate future, implement the contents of the conclusions of the Politburo and Secretariat on the performance of the political system apparatus and two-level local government.

Dear delegates and guests, dear Congress!

On behalf of the comrades appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Politburo and the Secretariat for trusting us with the task and appointing us to participate in the leadership body of the Provincial Party Committee.

The Provincial Party Executive Committee is deeply aware that: This trust and expectation is not only for each individual member of the Provincial Party Committee, but also for the collective leadership that is honored to be assigned the mission of bringing Gia Lai into a new era of development, with the aspiration and vision of building Gia Lai province to develop civilized, modern and prosperous, harmonious development between regions, areas, harmony between socio-economic development, ensuring social security and environmental protection, a prosperous and happy life, all Gia Lai people enjoy the best results brought about by development.

The responsibility that the Politburo, the Secretariat and the Congress have entrusted us with is not only a great honor but also a heavy responsibility before the Party and the People.

We promise to unite, unify, inherit and promote the glorious tradition of the Party Committees of the two former provinces of Binh Dinh and Gia Lai, and devote all our intelligence, enthusiasm and courage to lead and direct the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

In the immediate future, the Executive Committee will focus on concretizing and implementing the Action Program to implement the Congress Resolution, promptly putting the Congress Resolution into practice; promptly assigning tasks with clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, creating changes right from the beginning of the term.

We will continue to innovate leadership and management methods in the direction of creation and service, taking advantage of the leadership, direction and support of the Central Government, promoting the solidarity of the entire Party, political system, business community and people of all walks of life.

With the vision to 2030 to make Gia Lai a fairly developed province of the country, the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Term I, determined to synchronously deploy 5 growth pillars, 4 strategic breakthroughs; build a 2-level provincial government that is compact, strong, effective and efficient; promote innovation, digital transformation, develop green economy, knowledge economy; pay attention to ensuring social security, preserving and promoting the cultural identity of ethnic groups, strengthening national defense and security, firmly protecting national border sovereignty.

Dear delegates and guests, dear Congress!

In the common joy of the Provincial Party Committee, I personally was very honored and moved to receive the decision on assignment and appointment of Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission on behalf of the Politburo to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Secretary of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

First of all, I would like to express my sincere and deepest thanks to Comrade General Secretary To Lam, the leaders of the Party, the State and the Politburo and the Secretariat for their attention, trust and entrusting me with the responsibility of being the head of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee - a land with a heroic history, rich in revolutionary traditions, with a particularly important geo-economic and political position; the homeland of many heroes, cultural celebrities, loyal revolutionary soldiers and in a period of breakthrough and strong development.

Personally, I have worked in the military for more than 40 years and have been a Party member for 38 years. Now that I have been assigned a new responsibility, I am deeply aware that: The assigned task is both an honor and a valuable opportunity for me to learn, practice and contribute; at the same time, it is a heavy responsibility before the trust and expectations of the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Party Committee, the government and the people of Gia Lai province.

I promise to the Party and State leaders, to the Provincial Party Committee, that I will constantly learn, be dedicated and devoted to my work; always be exemplary, uphold principles in leadership and management; firmly consolidate the solidarity and unity in the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee, as a basis for promoting the strength of great national solidarity, determined to build Gia Lai to develop and be rich and strong.

In my new position, I respectfully hope to continue to receive the attention, leadership, direction and regular support from the leaders of the Party, State, and Central ministries and branches.

In particular, I hope that comrades in the Provincial Party Executive Committee, provincial leaders of all periods, Party committees at all levels, government organizations and all cadres, party members and people of Gia Lai province will pay attention and help me to fulfill my tasks in my new position.

Once again, the Provincial Party Executive Committee and I personally would like to express our sincere thanks and hope to continue to receive the attention, leadership, direction and regular support of the Politburo, the Secretariat, the ministries, departments and branches of the Central Government, the local authorities, and the provincial leaders over the years. Especially the joint efforts of the entire political system, the business community, the armed forces and the people of all ethnic groups in the province so that we can best fulfill the assigned tasks.
