At the announcement ceremony, the representative of the Department of Personnel Organization announced the Decision of the Minister of Public Security, seconding Major General Nguyen Quoc Hung, Director of the Department of Administrative Police for Social Order, a delegate of the 15th National Assembly to work at the National Defense and Security Committee of the 15th National Assembly to coordinate in performing the task of advising the Party and State on protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety, and fighting against crimes and law violations.

At the same time, the decision to transfer and appoint Major General Nguyen Ngoc Cuong, Principal of the People's Public Security University of Technology and Logistics (T07) to take up work and hold the position of Director of the Department of Administrative Police for Social Order (C06) was announced; the decision to assign Colonel Nguyen Van Can, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Principal of T07 School to be in charge of T07 School was announced.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Deputy Minister of Public Security Nguyen Duy Ngoc emphasized that the dispatch of Major General Nguyen Quoc Hung to work at the National Defense and Security Committee of the 15th National Assembly and the transfer and appointment of Major General Nguyen Ngoc Cuong to the position of Director of Department C06, and the assignment of Colonel Nguyen Van Can, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Principal of the People's Public Security University of Technology and Logistics to be in charge of the school shows the recognition and trust of the Standing Committee of the Central Public Security Party Committee and the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security for the contributions of the comrades during their work.

Major General Nguyen Ngoc Cuong is 55 years old. He has held the following positions: Deputy Director of the Information Technology Center of the Ministry of Public Security; Deputy Director of the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention and Control; Principal of the People's Public Security University of Technology and Logistics.
