1. Time for receiving vouchers: During office hours from July 1, 2024 to July 31, 2024 (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as prescribed)

2. Place to receive ballots:

At the Headquarters of the Construction Investment Project Management Board of Bac Tu Liem District (address: 4th Floor, Lot C, Inter-agency Area, Minh Khai Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi)
