Notice on not organizing the auction of shares of Vung Tau Post and Telecommunications Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (VPC Company) owned by VNPT

Pursuant to Decision No. 620/QD-TTg dated July 10, 2024 of the Prime Minister approving the restructuring plan of Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group for the period up to the end of 2025 and Decision No. 85/QD-VNPT-HDTV-KTTC dated July 31, 2025 on approving the plan to transfer shares of Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group at Vung Tau Posts and Telecommunications Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (VPC Company), VNPT has carried out procedures for offering shares by the normal public auction method through Saigon - Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company ("SHS").

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 1356-2025/CV-SHS dated September 4, 2025 of Saigon - Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company on the announcement of the results of the auction registration of shares of Vung Tau Post and Telecommunications Construction Investment Joint Stock Company owned by Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group;

VNPT announces the results of capital transfer through the normal public auction method of VNPT at Vung Tau Post and Telecommunications Construction Investment Joint Stock Company as follows: By the end of the registration and deposit deadline (3:30 p.m. on September 3, 2025), no investor registered to buy shares of VPC Company at auction, therefore, the auction of shares of VPC Company was not eligible to be held.
