Resonating values, enhancing customer experience

According to the agreement, VNPT and LPBank commit to prioritize the use of each other's services on the principle of price competition and ensuring service quality.

Specifically, LPBank will exploit telecommunications - information technology solutions from VNPT such as: a set of solutions to improve customer experience; a set of solutions to serve digitalization of internal management; solutions to ensure information security; eKYC and telecommunications services, digital TV channels, and transmission infrastructure.

On the VNPT side, the Group will expand the use of financial services provided by LPBank, from credit, account management and centralized capital, payment, deposits to other financial and investment services.

Not only stopping at using each other's services, the cooperation agreement also aims to develop integrated products, bringing direct value to customers such as: linking VNPT Money e-wallet with LPBank accounts; mobile products, digital signatures for individual customers integrated with bank products...

This combination not only helps maximize the experience for millions of individual and business customers but also brings added value to the entire ecosystem of both parties, contributing to promoting financial inclusion, encouraging cashless payments, and enhancing competitiveness in the market.

The signing of this Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement is a continuation and further development of the cooperative relationship that has been built and nurtured over many years, affirming the role of comprehensive partners, long-term interests, and aiming for practical results for both sides.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Ho Nam Tien, Permanent Vice Chairman of LPBank's Board of Directors, emphasized that with the orientation of strong development in digital banking, LPBank is gradually innovating to meet the increasingly diverse needs of customers, making a positive contribution to the economy . In LPBank's development journey, VNPT has always been an important partner.
