The Prime Minister appointed leaders of a number of ministries and agencies.

Accordingly, Mr. Le Van Loi, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics , holds the position of President of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences.

Mr. Vu Manh Ha, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee, holds the position of Permanent Deputy Minister of Health .

Mr. Phan Chi Hieu, President of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, was appointed Deputy Minister of Justice .

Mr. Nguyen Van Quang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee, holds the position of Permanent Deputy Inspector General of the Government Inspectorate.

Mr. Hoang Minh Son, Deputy Minister of Education and Training, holds the position of Chairman of the Council and Director of Hanoi National University.

Mr. Tran Hong Thai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Lam Dong province, holds the position of Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology.

Mr. Vu Hai Quan, member of the Party Central Committee, Director of Ho Chi Minh City National University, holds the position of Permanent Deputy Minister of Science and Technology.

Mr. Le Quan, Director of Hanoi National University, holds the position of Deputy Minister of Education and Training.

The decisions take effect from September 3, 2025.
